Mod That Randomizes Abnormalities You Can Get On Any Day

sets the abnormality chance on every day to 20% for all risk levels. 
lets you get tools on non-tool days and normal abnos on tool days.
also prevents days 1-5 from blocking certain abnormalities, and lets you get abnormalities other than one sin on day 1.
shouldnt affect the Yin/Yang gimmick nor the Wonderlab Blue-Smocked Shepherd and Red Buddy gimmick
should work in any language.
